It sounds strange, but it tastes great, especially if you've given up fast food. use lean ground beef andreduced fat cheese to help lighten the fat and calorie content.
1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned & drained
can of campbell's cheddar cheese soup
32 oz. bag tator tots
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled bacon or real bacon pieces
favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, ect.)
1. preheat oven to 375* 2. mix cooked ground beef and can of cheese soup together. add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk if mixture is too thick. Spread half of 32 oz bag of tator tots in an 8 or 9 inch baking dish, then spread meat and cheese mixture over. Top with remaining tator tots, shredded cheese, and bacon pieces. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly cool casserole for 10 minutes, then serve with all of your favorite burger toppings.

can use ground turkey instead of ground beef. for mexi burger casserole, use the jalepeno cheddar soup instead of cheddar soup and omit bacon. serve with lettuce, tomato, black olives, sour cream, and salsa
